Pediatric Therapy Services

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy refers to services related to speech sound disorders. This might include an articulation disorder, a phonological disorder, or childhood apraxia of speech. Your child might benefit from this service if they are difficult to understand when speaking or have difficulty with a few sounds. We offer in-home speech therapy in the metro-Jacksonville area and virtually to all residents of Florida and California.

Language Therapy

Language not only refers to how a child organizes and understands the words they hear, but also how a child expresses that information. Your child might require language therapy services if they are a gestalt language processor or have difficulty with speaking in sentences, vocabulary, or concepts (including time, location, numbers, describing, or feelings).

Stuttering Therapy

Stuttering therapy focuses on learning strategies and skills to speak more fluently and successfully to get a message across. We might work on breathing techniques or becoming more confident while speaking to teachers, family, or friends.

Social Skills Therapy

Some children have difficulty making friends or knowing how to respond appropriately in social situations. Social skills therapy teaches the foundational skills of problem solving, taking turns, and reasoning. Therapy with Autistic clients is approached from a neurodivergent and neurodiversity affirming perspective.
